I signed up for a free trial and paid the $5.95 each for SlimTrim PM and Lipo G3. I tried to cancel as soon as I received and was told I had to keep until 30 days was up. I placed the order on Nov 17, as my packing slip states, and was told no, I ordered on Nov 14, then Nov 16 when I emphatically stated I ordered on the 17th. I asked to speak to someone else and was told he was a senior floor agent so there was noone else to speak to. Told me the computers aren't wrong and I stated that this time they were. I explained I was in Dayton, OH when I ordered, the morning of my son's cross country meet and he said I was wrong. I stated what poor customer service I was receiving and that he was arguing with me. Then he stated I wouldn't be eligible for entire refund because it was past 30 days and again I stated no, it wasn't, my credit card was charged Nov 19 and the packing slips on both orders states November 17. He stated he was sorry but nothing would be credited.
