I discovered a $19.65 charge on my Mastercard bill dated 12/10/13. I had no record of using this web site or purchasing any service or product from them, so I did an investigation and got their phone number (888-332-6545). I called them and they were receptive to giving me who they were and the charge was for a subscription to on-line medical advice service. We told them that we had not asked for any on-line medical advice and wanted them to cancel our service and refund the $19.65. They agreed to refund the money and gave us a confirmation number for the cancellation and refund. They were curtious and compliant. We will continue to check our Mastercard account and see if it is refunded.
In looking on the web via Google search, we saw that possible source of charge could have been linked to FlexBelt, which we purchased several years ago. We are concerned that other people may be getting similar charges and credit card data handed over for a service they did not subscribe to.
