A week ago my bank froze my account when they caught some strange activity from the company 3VUECS.com which I did not sign up for. My bank, a responsibe well known bank, correted this and blocked payments to this company. This morning, December 16, 2013 I checked my account to find that somehow 3VUECS.com withdrew $38 from me and I don't know how they did it. I've called just to never reach a person. I've also emailed them demanding my money back. What other actions are available to me? The phone number for this company is 1-800-350-4909 & they ate based in NY, though which part of NY is known.

Today is December 18, 2013 6:36am Eastern time,I just sent a second email to 3VUECS.com demanding a refund and to make sure I won't be charged again.

Just received answer grom 3VUECS giving me a ticket ID number. Supposed to hear from customer support w/in 24 hrs. Will update.
