I am enquiring about the legal action, if any to be taken against a company charging and receiving substantial fees for investment duties and sales. Such costs/fees that have come to light that have been charged by the company in question have been spent elsewhere. Stall tactics and misinformation are common practice. Numerous other clients as well as myself see no way of receiving funds returned as said company have a refund policy in place also but, stall and have not delivered a refund upon request.
Does this constitute embezzlement or larceny? Any advice and information would be most helpful.
