Asking for job monthly salary $3500+5%. I contact ACH Health on Phone through their website, they say's they never looking for these type of Applications or they never published before. They also advise please do not provide any documents such as copy of passport, green card, social security number, bank account numbers etc.. to them, you may get some trouble if you do so..
