Facebook Promo, through Halifax bank Plc

A Matt Graham of Facebook Winnig INC emailed to say I won 500,000 GBP as 5th Anniversary Facebook Promo. Was told to send 500GBP as bank fee to wire funds to my account and copy of wired transfer was sent to me. After that was told Customs intercepted payment due to Non payment of 2,500GBP as tax. That amount was sent by money transfer through a helen Abraham. A tax reciept was sent to me but I recieved another email saying the transfer was intercepted by European Union Anti terroism Agency. I was informed to pay the clearance certificate fee of another 2,500GBP which I have not paid to date.
I have recieved phone calls and emails from a Mrs.Katrina Davidson of Halifax bank dealing with International transfers and Matt graham urging me to pay. I have exhausted all my savings.

I emailed other anti scam agencies like Halifax bank etc but no response was received from them so I was convinced it was true and remitted the funds.

Please inform me more about this scam and whether I could recover my money.
