Saw AD on TV, called and ordered silver. They charged 500 deposit to VISA and I mailed check for 5,777. It cleared my acct Jul 2. While waiting for that to come, they called me, said a client was having them sell their gold eagles, and they were offering a deal. Said they chose me since I was new customer and wanted to keep me happy. HAH! I ordered 10K worth. I called in 2wks for delivery date. They said it was in process of shipping.Asked for tracking number, said "in process" didn't mean being shipped. For 2 mo.'s,ducked my calls. Then I got weird "courtesy calls" from shipping, but still no delivery. FBI's working it now.
