I purchased an ORION 46 " refurbished LED-LCD HDTV from Groupon. It came with a 90 day return - if the piece was defective and also a 1 year warranty for parts by HSI. The set no longer has a picture (5 months old) and I want to contact HSI for parts information. I have been corresponding with Groupon for 6 rounds of emails trying to find out how to contact HSI. They keep referring me to information that was delivered with the TV - but unfortunately the only information delivered with the TV was the Owners Manual by Orion which contains a warranty for original purchasers only. I saved all of the packaging and materials so I would have it if it came. HOw can I find out this relatively SIMPLE contact information?
