I bought my car December 15, 2012. In November 2013, my car needed major repairs to the transmission and the rear-end differential. Apparently, I used the total usage amount of $3000 on getting the transmission fixed. This left me with a balance of $1800 for getting the differential fixed. Since I thought it was covered by the so-called warranty, I thought it would be fixed. When the dealership called me and said that AUL was not going to cover it because the transmission cost too much. I never knew anything about a limit on my warranty because AUL nor The Fine Auto Store, Imperial Beach, California, never gave me a true contract nor sent me the contract. Now, I'm walking to work, getting rides and even getting rental cars because AUL will not pay the rest to get my car fixed. We all know that renting a car is not cheap anymore. This is something that should not happen to anyone who believes in AUL when they sale you a 2-year/2,4000 mile warranty when knowing that any part of a transmmission or differential is going to cost a lot to get it fixed. I am very disappointed with AUL and I will never recommend or use them again.
