I ordered some samples from this company thinking they would be free apart from the postage and was horrified to find my credit card had been deducted with nearly £200. Since my discovery a further amount has come out of my account and more products delivered which i didnt ask for. I have asked that this account be stopped and for a refund which they have said they cant repay. The representative seemed totally unconcerned with my problem.
