I ordered the free trial on 11/16/13 and got it a few days later with no paperwork in the box or any information stating this was a monthly automatic charge. The ad said you needed to order 2 products to get the results so I did. I didn't see much change and saw online that people were unhappy with the automatic charge and that it was a scam. Until today, 12/12/13 I was not aware of the automatic charge. I called the number given online, again nothing was included saying to call if you wanted to cancel the automatic monthly charge and shipment. They said they cancelled me from future shipments but they had already charged me $93 and $ 99 for the trial! It was supposed to be free and I wouldn't have known if I hadn't seen it online. They charged me for both products when the ad said $4.95 shipping and it was a free trial. He told me I agreed to be charged the full price after 14 days. I asked for that to be sent to me showing where I agreed and he said he couldn't. He then offered to credit me $40 because I was unhappy. I refused saying I would contact the BBB or an attorney to try and get the full amount refunded. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM!
