Ordered headlights plus an HID kit, only got the headlights. Packing slip said everything was shipped, so I was concerned. After repeated attempts to get a response from customer service I finally got an email saying they were on backorder. Another 2 weeks of following up and hearing over and over that they'd ship 'today'. Then they started giving me BS tracking numbers. I have yet to receive any parts, or a refund.

On top of this, the card I used was used to attempt to buy a $9k plane ticket a couple days after I became a pain in their but. AMEX luckily caught it and the card is since cancelled… coincidence, maybe - but I only use that card for online purchases, and I hadn't used it for months. Additionally, the ticket was being purchased from Richmond BC… where Xtralights is based.

Stay away from these scammers, they look legit on the surface, even seem to be spreading (Inappropriate Content Removed) positive reviews around the net…
