I ordered lift and glow ' free' samples on 16th October. AT THAT POINT THERE WAS NO BOX SAYING, AS THERE IS NOW, THAT BY CLICKING 'ORDER NOW' I WAS AGREEING TO YOUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS. There was no box to tick. I note now, on line, that others say there is a tiny PRE TICKED box. On 17th October you took 2 lots of £1.99 from my account. On 31st October you took 2 lots of £84.71 and on 16 th November you took £89.66. I did not realise all this had happened until I got my John Lewis bill at the end of November. On the 21st of November I received one bottle of cream. I tried numerous times to contact you on your customer service line to cancel but could not get through so I sent an email cancelling and returned the unused bottle ( with P. O. Receipt ) because your product is, I believe,very poor. While I am aware that I have been very foolish your methods seem to me to be far short of transparent. I have tried telephoning again to day with no success. I also wonder why your description on my account comes up with a slightly different name each time ? Your price online was in euros but you have charged pounds ? I believe that if you are in any way a reputable company you will refund at least the £89.66, as other companies I deal with would. Please send me a cheque or money order and reply to my e mails and confirm that you will not send me anything else.
