plead guilty to 40 fraud charges totalling more than $500,000 criminal charges. He and his wife were proof in court and sentence to 190 days in jail for stealing cash from 4 charity groups and 300 investors as well defrauding company assets and plead guilty to federal charges stemming from their work from his company www.Ayiigwa.com and McConnell group of companies. Andrew and Linda McConnell pretending to sell investment offering for First Nation project developer was scamming small investors and family members from $500- $150,000 per investor. 2 Defendants Plead Guilty in Tax Fraud and Identity Theft Scheme. Andrew McConnell pleaded guilty Monday to charges of animal cruelty, theft of property and fraudulent use of a credit card. He still faces fraud charges, stemming from his ticket scalping business, in Nashville. So he'll be moved to a Metro jail to begin fighting those charges.Andrew was charged with possession of stolen property. Although the judge did not want to agree to time served for the client due to his lengthy criminal record, as charged with break and enter, possession of stolen property, theft of a motor vehicle, breaches of bail conditions, and failures to appear in court.

This complaint is complete and utter nonsense! I have worked with Mr. McConnel in the past and he is an honourable and trustworthy First Nation Leader who is highly respected and contributes immensely to his community.
This is a savage and criminal attempt to harm Mr. McConnel's outstanding and honourable reputation.
Mr and Mrs Mcconnel have no criminal record and the individuals writing these complaints should be totally ashamed of themselves! -

I am disgusted by the amount of effort implemented in posting this complaint about Mr and Mrs McConnell, which is all fabricated in order to inflict damage towards them.

These are all lies and attempts to cause damage and concern not only to Mr McConnell's business interests, but have also chosen to involve his family who have nothing to do with this. This is very low, sad and absolutely crosses the line!

Andrew McConnell is an incredibly honest man, whom you can undoubtedly trust. He is a true leader, team player and protects those who are honorable and who are trustworthy like him.

Any claims regarding the validity of Andrew’s positions as former VP of RBC or being a First Nations Chief in Canada, already set the road for more lies during their horrendously spelt, politically incorrect and malicious message. All of these facts can be supported through a basic online search.
