BIGGEST RIP OFF EVER. I CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT AND SENT EVERYTHING BACK. THEY TOLD ME I WAS ONLY CHARGED A DOLLAR BUT IT WAS CLEARLY STATED ON MY ACCOUNT 94.31. I CALLED MY BANK AND WE TRIED TO CONFERENCE CALL THEM BUT THEIR LINES RANG ONCE THEN HUNG UP. I REFUSE TO TAKE THIS LOSE BC I DID EXACTLY WHAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO DO.I AM SO TIRED OF THESE GREEDY COMPANIES ACTING LIKE THEY HAVE A RIGHT TO PEOPLES MONEY WHEN THEY ARE NOT PROVIDING ANY MERCHAMDISE OR SERVICES. I CANCELLED EVERYTHING IN JUNE BUT THEY DECIDED TO WAIT Till THE HOLIDAYS TO CHARGE ME. I AM CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.IF ANYONE WANT ME TO ADD THEIR COMPLAINTS TO MY CLAIM WITH THE BBB PLEASE CONTACT ME. WE WILL GET OUR MONEY BACK AND EITHER SHUT IT DOWN OR MAKE SURE THEY PRACTICE ETHICAL BUSINESS WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS.
