Hello, I ordered 14 October 2013 via a link on Facebook, In new Zealand a cleansing product and a green coffee bean extract to lose weight. It was a try out and would cost me $4.99 and $3.15 NZD Lots of references on FB told me it was a successful product. On the 28 of November 2013 they deducted $3.15 and $113.41 NZD from my bank account and a week later, 4 December 2013 I received my mail from China a package with 1 bottle of green coffee bean extract. I already thought I would not receive anything because they promised to send it in 10 days. Unfortunately they took my money and a lot more and sent one bottle after 7 weeks, which I don't want any more. I have no numbers, no email address and their website is blocked I think. No idea how to get my money back. Do I have to change my credit card in order to stop them taking more money?
