I ordered a pair of UGGS from a website called http://www.lpboots.com and paid with my Chase Visa debit card. The transaction was to be handled by this 3rd party mallpay.com.

My checking account has been debited for $138.49, the charge has been pending all day, and meanwhile, lpboots says they never received the funds. So the only recipient of the funds so far is mallpay.com The seller didn't get the funds and I didn't get a verification of an order.

It appears that my order for these boots has been placed because my Visa account has been charged $138.79. I thought that the total charge for these boots was $132.00 with free shipping. What is the $6.79 charge for?

I am currently trying to place an order using my Mastercard credit card, and everytime I get to placing the order and choosing credit card - Mastercard, the next screen says Visa, not Mastercard. What am I doing wrong because my credit card IS a Mastercard, NOT VISA.
