I have reached out to both Gilles Cherette and David Porter regarding the fact that they issued me NSF cheques for roughly $8000. under Tiffinity Inc., for services rendered, and supplies purchased by me, in keeping with a written agreement involving catering to a private school in Calgary. I worked for two months without compensation.
I received threatening letters from both parties. They have ignored my demand letters.
I am not the only one who has issues with this company.

- David Porter boasted to me how much money he was making from this private school catering gig before he fleeced me for $3,400 in deposits for services never rendered. He kept sending me emails, text messages and even stood me up three times for meetings he arranged to refund the money. When I told him I had to leave town, he claimed he would send me the cheque by registered mail. The cheque never came. The guy is a total fraud. He spins lots of stories about how he was seriously ill and even has the nerve to talk about karma. His phone number is 403-970-6544. His commercial kitchen address is 100 221 62nd Street SE, Calgary, Alberta.
