I purhcased a brand new crossbow and it was defective after the first use. I returned back to the store 3 hrs latter from time of purchase and told them I have lost faith in the product and that I want a refund. I paid cash at time of purchase and they denied my cash refund but offered a store credit instead. I than demanded a cash refund and the owner told me to sue them if I wanted my cash back.
