On 11/25/13, I ordered a Michael Kors monogram tote from www.2013shoppingmichaelkors.com aka OfficialMichaelKorsOutlet.net for a Christmas present. After making the online purchase I noticed the charge on my credit card said it came from China and the amount more then the checkout amount. I immediately contacted the seller through email I was leery of the purchase. The only way to reach them Is by email. They told me the item was authentic, it would take 10 days for me to receive and not to worry.
i finally received my package after several emails back and forth, on 12/9/13, more then the 10 days promised. According to their website they ship using UPS, FedEx, DHL nothing about USPS, which is how I received my tote, shoved in a bag, folded in half. So when I retrieve it from my mailbox and open the package the item had a crease mark that won't come out.
..... The website states all items come in original packaging with tags. Mine came in a white drawstring purse bag WITHOUT any tags.
I immediately contacted the seller and explained frustration and the reply was, shipping back will cost too much and take to long you can get a $15 credit. Their website clearly states that they stand whined their product and if you receive a damaged product they will refund full amount plus shipping and handling.
So do not order from these people. They are scammers and do not stand by their own policy's.
