I am disputing two charges on my credit card bill amounting to $159 and $48 posted November 5 and November 2 respectively.
Last November 1, 2013, I ordered a free trial of Pure Garcinia, where I was notified with confirmation and was charged $2.95. After receiving such, I replied that confirmation immediately and sent back the e-mail cancelling the unlimited refill, this I suspected to cost $159.
My immediate cancellation that day thru [email protected] and succeeding attempts thru http://businesswebhelpdesk.zendesk.com was ignored and worse the November 5 transaction date was posted.
Another issue is that they have charged $48 which is not correct since this product is a free trial an should only pay $2.95.
I received the supposedly free trial of two bottles today, nov.22 and the unlimited refill has not been served yet since I just received the free trial for 2 months consumption. And my stand remains, to cancel the unlimited refill.
Therefore, I cannot acknowledge both transactions $48 and the $159 and can only acknowledged $2.95 as notified in the confirmation.

- Have you tried to call them and cancel the account and send your product back for a refund? I did this and received my refund 10 days after sending the unopened product back. I think you need a RMA # first so I would call and find out how to get your money back.
