I am a disabled VET. I ordered Fondspray cologne off a web site that advertised free products, all you had to do is pay shipping, which I did. There was no mention of a trial period or a 95.00 charge anywhere on the web site. I was billed 95.00 on my credit card. I called Fondspray and protested the charge they gave me a courtesy 35.00 refund and a #578902 to receive return information and a credit of 55.00 to my credit card. I have not received any credits or any resolution to my charges or complaint. I have called several times without results. Because of my disability it is difficult to email. You are now requiring email to resolve my problem. All I want is the 95.00 refunded. I will be happy to return the unused portion of the product, but am unwilling to pay additional postage. Can we please resolve this problem in a more agreeable manner?
