They told me I had sever infection of my printer, Ipad, Iphone Mac and PC and needed to have it fixed or I would not be able to operate the equiptment. They said it was infected in a foreign country, I had been in Ireland using my Ipad. I asked over and over if this was a creditable company and they said they do lots of work for Apple to fix problems. I called once again after signing up for the 2 year contract and someone helped me. Today, when I went to see if I could solve a problem with my printer they are unreachable. I called the number and there is something in spanish, which I do not understand. I hope you can resolve ths and get my money back. I have the contract ad audit trail with ID number.
