I spoke to Jacqueline today, well tried speaking as she screamed over me the whole time. She yelled and cursed at me saying she's not paying for these rubber bands because they didn't order them. The facts are they are cable ties that were ordered for a total of $33.10 plus shipping. When she hung up on me the first time saying she knows about our scam just like the toner (we have never sold toner here in our 20+ years of business), I tried calling back a second time only to be hung up on again. I think this company should rethink who they have representing their company because Jacqueline is very rude & unprofessional.
