On 9-16-11 I ordered this product from the website for 24.90 plus 4.95 shipping on their trial offer. Representative called to confirm the order and tried to pressure me into ordering more products. I told him repeatedly all I wanted was 1 order of drops to try, and nothing more. I finally had to hang up on him because he wouldn't stop pressuring me. Did not receive drops until 10-14-11. My credit card was charged 89.95 on 10-14-11, and I received the statement on 10-24-11. I called the number immediately and was told that I was charged for the full amount because I did not cancel within 10 days of my order. I tried to explain I couldn't try these drops to evaluate if they didn't send them, but that didn't matter. I was then told that if I authorized another shipment of drops (which are working), they would reduce the price by 50% for both the drops I was charged for and the ones yet to ship. I am still being charged for the initial $24.90 plus shipping of $4.95 (still confused over what that got me). The representative assured me I agreed to their terms when ordering, even though in my mind this was not clear at all. This company is definitely misleading their customers, which is a shame since the product seems to be effective. They need to credit all of these misleading charges to all of us!
