Applied fof loan with Loan Zoo but as they were charging 39.99 for a 100 pound loan I didnt go any further and cancelled application. Today ive found out theyve still taken the money. I live in United Kingdom not sure iv you can help. But im not happy.

- I'm in exactly the same boat! The money hasn't been debited from my account but is a pending transfer which means I can't get the money and it is being held until they take it. And the bank can't do anything until they have taken it, then I have to make a complaint

- The same thing happened to me. They took the £39.99 fee and I tried to phone them and after 20 minutes of being placed on hold the phone call ended. To receive a full refund you have to write a letter to the address found on their site and cancel the application
