Let me add to the list of complaints.

These are pressuring salespeople that coerce you into paying them money. This is how they do it:

-They tell you it's only $100 per week
-They tell you your car has a 95% chance of being sold in the first 4 weeks
-They tell you they have a vast network of clients
-They tell you they are available to help you at any moment and you can contact them whenever to update your ad

All of this is a lie. They will take $500 from you day 1 and you don't pay $100 a week, then they will provide you with a faulty contact in your local area. My contact's phone number turns out to be a local telemarketing company. I imagine this contact is hired by Empire Solutions to sell their business for them and she knows nothing about what she is doing.

I told them that another company called me offering the service for $200 and Empire jumped on this in seconds and said "sure no problem, we'll do $200". That's $300 off!

-It took them about a week to post the ad in the first place
-They didn't post to autotrader LOOOOOL!
-They only post of free sites
-The faulty contact I got never picks up and never returns messages

My car won't sell thru them and I've basically lost my money
