I called to find out why I kept getting charged 31.35 for some cream which I did not order in the first place. They said I signed up for a 'maintenance program'. I cancelled said program - I noticed that I was being charged again for the 'program' I called with the canellation #'s for both my wife and I and got some sort of run around about how my wife wasn't cancelled. I've now received another cancellation # as well as a RMA for product I haven't even received. I am supposed to get a credit upon return of said product. We'll see.
