I was notified by mail last feb of poss.fraud on my mortgage. at this time his company name was GPS he work for R.E.S.P.A . It started off with a $1500 fee to send me some paperwork to start checking out this poss. fraud. this came with a money back if he was unable to help.Later he said he was sure of fraud and needed $2500 for Lawyer fees. I was making monthly payment of $250 which one of the payment I sent was stolen from him at this time he gave me credit for the payment and change my way of paying .I call to make my last payment and did not get thru later found that at all this time it was a scam.

- I too was scammed by this man. He now wants copy of cancelled check before he will refund. I am sure this is just a run around.

- Brian is under federal investigaton with the federal attorney general. Number I have is 904-264-6512 or 6601 Attorney's first name is Joyce
