International boundaries
The site and process may be legitimate, but three things disappointed me about the site:
1. They lure you in with deceptively-low prices from searching on an item that disappear after you leave the initial screen
2. They don't make it clear that you are committing to a $39 charge whether you purchase anything or not.
3. It's really hard to find the button to cancel your account, and when doing so, it doesn't refund your money.
To their credit, I was able to get ahold of a human who did refund my $39, but it too was an effort.
