I ordered the cream on November 21, received the package on November 29th, 2013, was told that I have 14 days to try the cream for free to see if I like it(I just paid shipping charges), I tried the cream and was allergic to it, have hives and red blotches on my face, went to my doctor last week and was told to discontinue using it, I cancelled the order on December 5th, but was charged the $94.28 US anyway. I just called and was told that I will not get any discount, after an argument was told that they will refund only half, that was the best they can do. It's very unfair for them to start the 14 days the day that you order the item not the day that you receive it, which is ridicules, how can you find out if you can tolerate the cream if it's still in transit. I am very disappointed in this company and I have lost $ 47.14 US for a cream that I can not use. It is a scam and I would like to get all my money if I can.
