I was looking around their site, and nowhere was a tab that told me how much bid packs cost. I had to give my bank details for registration, then when the page came up with all their prices, I knew there was no way able to afford to purchase ANY bids. I got off their page. A couple of days later I used my atm card and the account was empty. I ran to the bank and they found $299 Aust. dollars had been taken out by Mydealsave. I was sent no email confirmation that I had "purchased" anything. There was not a "confirm payment" button to click on. I was unaware I purchased ANY bids. I sent an email from their "contact us" section, but not heard anything back yet. What a thing to happen just before Christmas, and I am a pensioner.
Update: 12/09/2013
went bank and told them I did not give permission for money to be taken out . They put in a Dispute. Bank will put the money back in my account while dispute is going on. I will post update as soon as I find something out.

- No, it is still under dispute, but the bank gave me the money back, but if it happens that it is not put down to fraud, I will then have to pay MY bank back the money. There was not even a phone number on the deals save website. So I will update soon as I know anything.

The next day when i realised id been scammed i rang the bank, the bank refused to stop the payment, and said i had to dispute it. the money was taken off my wharehousecard which is westpac. seems its my hardluck they say because i didnt read the terms and conditions. So i lost my money

- There was 17 complaints about this shifty company just before Xmas, now there is 41? I hope the fraud squad do something with this unscrupulous company.I doubt if anyone ever wins an auction? No email, no phone number no way to speak to them. This is not how a valid company works.
