Currnet Management Towards Core Workers

I am working in Coca Cola supply chain department for about 15 years.But we are really disappointing about the current management of coca cola Sri Lanka towards labors /core workers. Whilst management enjoying all the benefits and privileges. they treat us in very poor way, which make us feel frustrate about the company.
Example:

1.Increase speed excessively in production lines which make difficult to inspect the standard condition of bottles. This has been eventually caused production out to the market with quality issues (Properly unwashed bottles with insect, garbage….etc)

2.Workers employed in night shifts and again it affect to the quality of beverages.

3.Decreases health in labors in working over nights.

4.Currently many legal case has been filing against the low quality of product and some has been finalized company to pay penalties to causalities.(http://www.ceylontoday.lk/16-48432-news-detail-coke-sales-suspended.html)

Further when Audit starts management demonstrate a paradise to the Auditors only at that time. They arrange security, health and safety, Foods…..etc in high level of quality to pretend that they teat works well.
Example:

1.Hire an Ambulance in good condition at the time of Audit and replace the same afterwards.

2.Paint whole company just before the Audit.

And most of labors don not have English language knowledge, thus fails to escalate problems. If anyone make quarry about these unfair treatments, they get penalized.

I have been working in coca cola for many years and these kind of issues ruin the company image.This company is like Home to me and all of us. So we are looking your kind consideration on us to resolve these issues and make a happy working environment in Coca Cola Sri Lanka, Biyagama plant.
