They have an automatic renewal program and say you can cancel by going to www.supportcenter.com. However when I enter my information as requested, it says it cannot find my order. When you look up the "company" there is no phone number or email to contact them. This is a scam as far as I am concerned. When the QR code on the order paper it does not return with any real information.
