I got an e-mail about the penny auction and went on the site to see what its all about but as soon as you put in your information a $99 is automatically is deducted from the card without you buying or bidding on anything. When i was signing up there was no place for me to create a username or password. Once you leave the site and try to get back in you are being asked to sign in with a username and password so there is no way i can get back on the site.Several contacts via e-mail goes unanswered

Update: 12/26/2013

FTC state that any one who takes money to get money back is illegal. i want you to refund $9.99 back to my card. i do not believe you could get back my $101.99, amount that ZDIDDY.COM took from my card and this is their phone # 877-403-6981

Update: 01/11/2014

I want my $9.99 refunded to my account because i did not get any premium support from you or i will contact the BBB
