i purchased product and was to pay half up front (115.00) and the other half when i received the product cod. well the product arrived the balance was 147.00. i contacted the company and was told i agreed to purchase additional products and could not return for refund but was told before i agreed to purchase the product it was 100% guaranteed for full refund and in writing so i told the representative that was going to refuse package and have the post office return it and wanted my money back i was told i couldn't request my 115.00 back i would lose it if i returned it and there was no guarantee in writing i would just lose out
