I previously took loans when this company was known as IdealGelt and had no issues. They approved quickly and the money deposited the next business day.
On Monday, I applied for my first loan under their new name, Rapital Capital. The phone rep told me that the loan was approved and the money would be deposited the next day. It was not. I called back on Tuesday and they said it could take 48 hours to clear. Then I received a "loan approved" email. On Wednesday the money did not deposit. They said that the 48 hour clock started on Tuesday. It is now Thursday and the money has still not been deposited to my account.

- I had this exact same experience with them at the end of November. I eventually did get the deposit, but was told the holdup was because of a problem with their ACH system. I am now having a problem repaying them. They called me last week saying that because of the ACH system, they could not debit the repayment from my checking account and needed my debit card number (which I refused to give them) for repayment. They text messaged me today saying that my bank refused an ACH payment, but no such payment was submitted by them. My account with them online now says "Collections" and that I owe $25. Have you had the same experience? I found one other person online on a legal site that had this happen today as well.

- I'm having the same issue with my account with them and am really uncomfortable with giving them my debit card number to pay them off. I'm not really sure what to do at this point with them. My account is showing in collections also. I'm just curious to know will they try to go into my account via another avenue to collect the payment?

- My issue hasn't been resolved. The weird thing though is that I've never been contacted by them and they have yet to attempt to take any money out of my account. I refuse to give them any additional access to my accounts though.

- So I'm not the only one! Used Ideal Gelt on a couple of occasions with no problems. With RC, it took almost a week for the money to be deposited. They made no attempt to take the money from my account on the payment due date. Received a phone call today wanting a debit card number. I looked at my account online and it says in collections, with an amount of $100 due on 12/31/13, which was the original due date. It's very strange.

- I`m just curious as to if anyone ended up giving them their debit card number? Or if they are still trying to collect? I refused to give them my info. and now they are leaving me voice mails saying to call them about exciting new loan opportunities. I don`t want another loan from them. I also believe they breached the contract when they didn`t follow through on their end. Please let me know where your situation stands with them.
