I was hired through ParcelHub as a Logistics Manager my primary function was to receive incoming packages that were shipped from various vendors and sent to my place of business. I was to ship them repack them and ship using a prepaid shipping label. I had a Username and a control panel to update when irecived the package ans update when i shipped it. I was told the pay was $1500.00 base pay plus $30.00 per package shipped. I finished my assigned tasks and asked when shall i be paid, Markus answered and asked if i had a PayPal account i did not but asked if his company can send me my pay via Western Union he never answered. sent several emails between Dec.2 ,2013*- Dec. 4, 2013. Never di he reply back. I then opened a PP account and notified Markus i did have an account sent him my info still nothing. Dec.3 Markus asked me to let him know when i would be available to shipp more packages i repiled certainly i have been checking the control panel but nothting has been updated. No answer, i sent several more emails inquiring about my pay. So far i haven't had any replys. Still waiting.

As of Dec.6, 2013 no reply or payment

  • OMG! I am glad to know you have same issue with this person and company. Mine is worse than yours, my damage amount is about $3000. I also had a username and password to track packages and send. As soon as 1 month of work was done, Markus said it will be deposited to my PP account. I did have my PP account but I didn't receive any money. I asked Markus about it and he said PP is reviewing documents regards large money transfer. I contacted PP and they said they don't do any of document reviews. I asked Markus again, promised money to be deposited to my PP by Wednesday (12/18) but still haven't received any reply or payment as well.

  • Yeah at least he responded to you I sent him several emails never once did he reply.
    There is another company called BIT Sales Inc. my contact Natalie tried the same thing but i did keep somethings and emailed requesting payment or the items are mine. Going forward if you are doing this type of work remember keep something valuable so you don't lose out.

  • Hey! Update for my payments. I got portion of payment. Markus requested 80 percent got into my account to be sent to a vendor which i believe its you since he said if i have close by western union or moneygram. If your real name is eric and if Markus asks me to send it to eric. Then i guess you are getting paid. I was so upset since my first compensation suppose to be on november. Anyhow, my update to you is that i did get very small portion of my pay. Hope you can give me a tip how you handled it with other company? If you dont send it out, then they usually ask yoy whyyou havent ship it yet.. i neber had this type of job and definittely this is a good life lesson i guess..

  • Jas did you say I was getting paid I tried contacting Markus couldn't I did file parcelhub with the US government Cyber Crimes and corresponding and building a case against this companywho operates fraudulently. My email is [email protected] contact me. I haven't paid my rent and to say the least my children aren't getting a Merry Christmas. Please contact me I would like to get paid.

  • Jas like I said if you are still going to do this type of work be careful try and hold something valuable as collateral just to ensure you are compensated somehow. The re is also anothe company doing busin the same way. Compan is called BJT-SALES Inc. I was also burnt by this company for $1700.00 but I got a GPS and a Nexus tablet. I did send Natalie Krahenbill an email she still hasn replied. I just sent Markus another email telling him I will not rest til I am paid and I also file a complaint with the US government Cyber Crimes Division. Be careful and good luck

  • Be glad you didn't! I now owe PP $5,000. because I accepted a payment of $4835.00 from this fake company. My brother in law did that work. Printing labels and sending stuff. I agreed to let them send it to my Pp account. I was too busy to go into the details and transferred the money into my bank account. The money went through, I withdrew it, gave it to my BIL. Thought everything was fine. I wanted to work this job. It seemed too good to be true and it was. These scammers linked an Ebay item to the payment and turned around and said I never sent the item. I talked to PP and Ebay for endless hours. Although the item is not linked to my Ebay account in at all. This person, EarniT, tied my PP email to this $5,000.00 watch. Now PP is saying I got the money so I need to pay it back. FML

  • @Angie, are you serious? I received the payment through PP regards the payment of the camera. and I did ask the question who is going to send the camera to this person and they said I need to send the money to the vendor so they can send the camera to this person. I am just shocked by day after day.

  • Eric. Did you get a call from nevada area regards this job being a scam? I got a call this morning but i am at a point i cannot trust anyone calling me regards this case even. I am not at a point i dont have anymoney from the job i did for this guy. I wish i kept the expensive items so i can at least sell for it. I am just very much upset about it and scared.

  • Dam. I'm reading this almost in tears. I'm supposed to be paid today, 2010 Euros. At least I have a laptop at home valued at almost 500 dollars.

  • Juan. I am suppose to get paid on Nov. 21st..
    2315 euros. He used me to transferring the money and I got a call on Christmas day from investigation place which I can't trust them either. They just said I won't be getting the money and if I talk to them they will consider me as part of parcelhub company's employee. this just happened right after I sent the money to where he told me. I have a rent to pay and did not get a single money back from that I worked for this guy but a call from Christmas morning from this investigation place which I cannot even trust.. My hands were shaking like crazy and couldn't sleep since I found out this is scam.

  • @ jas write your congressman and let them know what is going on. You are right these scammers usually use Skype becareful and do not divulge any info if you are not sure who they are. Next time they call ask them to sen someon to your residen with id and you will talk to them. Good luck. Jas I will be prayin for you. Now that we have Parcelhub out there on the Internet I suggest keep any emails from markus as well as documents. Goinf forward you might need them towards a compensation. Remember we signed a contract with parcelhub hopefully we get the money due us.

    I am not sure If I had mentioned but I did file a complaint against parcelhub with the US Government Cyber Crimes Division it is a matter of time before these scammers are caught, good luck and God Bless. Maybe at some point we can contact a lawyer and start a litigation for compensation.

  • @ Eric. I have kept all the e-mails as well as the labels of the shipments I sent. Just incase if they wanted us to send a package to themselves. Also, I saved all the phone numbers that I received related to parcelhub company. I am suggesting you print the copy of the labels they told us to sent as well. I don't know if you received the same copy of a passport of their vice-president, but Markus sent me a copy of their vice-president's passport. I am going to keep that as well. I do not know where to start filing these things. I called moneygram and they suggesst I take this to FBI. I would like to receive your suggestion as well. Also, If I would like to write to a congressman, how do I do it? can you help me out?

  • Everyone be careful there is another company doing business similar to Parcelhub the company name is BJT Sales Inc. her name is Natalie Brahill at least that who she said she was. Well at least i kept a Nexus 7 32gb and a Garmin Nuvi 2597 GPS. If you search for the company on scambook you will find them i also reported thm on scambook..becareful out there if it sounds to good to be true, then it probably is..

  • Hey guys, I have been experiencing the same exact stuff that you have all been going through with this "Markus" guy. I was supposed to receive my payment last Friday on the 27th and never received anything. He would always reply to my emails until I called him out by sending him a link to this page and I have not received any reply from him since. I admit that I was always weary about this job ever since I started it, so I guess that I can't say that I am surprised that it really is too good to be true... I just think it's weird that he actually reimbursed me for my gas receipts and the receipts for boxes that I had to pay for, but once I was supposed to be payed for my month of work he conveniently is unreachable. I don't like to work for a whole month and get nothing for it, so I will do anything I can to help us all get what we actually worked for.

  • please email me if you have any news about this, Markus stop replying to me after one of the packages content was stolen and was returned to sender, i was supposed to get my payment Jan.12th but he wont respond to any of my email, i also emailed the contact info that was on their website. still nothing.my email is [email protected]
