I recently enquired about taking out a loan and used moneywarehouse.co.uk. I then decided against taking out the loan and contacted them to request a cancellation and refund of the initial £36.31 that was taken from my account as a broker fee. Since then a further £35.34 has come out of my account by them. How are they allowed to do this after I have requested a cancellation and already paid the broker fee?
