Ireturned books sent from book club. books i did not order but were sent by them because I didnt notify them in time to refuse them.there were 12 packages taken to the post office and noted "return to sender". they were sent Oct 3 2013.I first called them about Nov 15 and they claimed to have received 3 packages but were still processing.I called several times more and was told they were still processing but the individual on the phone had no information to give me on what they received or when i could expect a credit.
