The Better Business Bureau is a scam of an organization, not altogether different from a mafioso extorting 'protection' money to give you a good rating. Since declining to join the BBB, they have slandered my company and applied a F- rating despite having ZERO complaints lodged against us by any customers in the past 20 years. Obviously, if one agrees to buy into the BBB scam, they will give you an A rating and 'all is good.'
The BBB is an organization with no oversight or governing body to determine it is operating legitimately. The rating system is a joke, and outright gross fraud. The mere fact that they automatically penalize you for not paying and joining their organization is a disgusting and reprehensible practice.
