I submitted an order for 2 pairs of childrens shoes. I emailed about 2 weeks later with no response. I read the FAQ's and it says it could take up to 6 weeks for shoes to ship. I emailed again today (12/4) for an update and received nothing again. The worst part is they charged my credit card as soon as I ordered and I can't get my money back. DO NOT ORDER from here.
