I signed up for this program and upgrade on 28/11/13 The reasons don't matter and found after initially going through the training it was not want I was wanting for my home business. The support link on their site does not work nor the support link for www:sslsecurepayment.net which was a link in the reply email. So there is no way to cancel and request a refund as guaranteed.
