Seeing that you did not reply to my previous 2 e-mails as well as no communication from your side I decided to check on the internet and guess what-81 complaints in the SA as well as other parts of the world.

Please note I do not make threats but follow through on my word and will if you do not contact me or refund me start following a process where I will lay a complaint with the neccesary authorities.To me this is not a scam but theft if you do not deliver the goods on money paid.

Hi Support

I have sent a request a few days ago and have received no reply from you.I have paid my products in full and are waiting very long now for my products.I have not received any communication from you in between only when I enquired and aparantly the product is stuck at the SA post office.

I want to know who I must contact to receive my order.If you cannot help me I suggest that you will refund me on the products in full.I also noticed that no one replied on my previous e-mail and will unfortunately not be so gracious in my response next time.If this is some sort of gimmic or fraud scam I will do everything in my power to expose this for what it is.

I regret that I have got to this stage where I need to demand some sort of action but feel obligated to do so.

I am still waiting for my products and must admit feel dissapointed in the communication from biotrimlabs especially after informing support of not receiving my packages two weeks ago.The following number does not show on trackmailMHI-165-92710095 although the other MHI-165-92610041 does.

Can you please inform me as to where the packages are and who I must contact as to find out what to do next.There is no current strike at the south african post office.
