I saw an ad on facebook and placed an order for Pure Garcinia Cambogia Extract and also they recommended the Cleanse Catalyst Plus. I placed the order thinking it would be one price, but when I checked my bank account they had charged me NZD410 (this was about $300 more than I expected). I sent an e-mail querying this and that was ignored. A few days later they advised me my order had been shipped. I replied to them to say I had tried to get in touch with them before they had even processed my order to canel it. They emailed me (the one and only email I have had a reply to) to say if I wished to return the products then advise them of my tracking no. EP402090614NZ I rang - more expense (as this is the only way you can get a response, they dont responded to emails) a couple of weeks after returning the products to see why I hadnt received my refund only to be told it was held up in Customs then the Customer Services operator hung up on me. I have since been told by NZ Post it was held up in Customs because of VAT, and then today I hear it is being 'returned to sender' How on earth am I meant to deal with this company and get my money back. Their ads are misleading, as I have noticed by the writer below had exactly the same problem.
