I bought 135.00 of virtual goods from them, and posted the order on their live chat. They asked me various confirmational questions such as send them email, and picture of your name on credit card, which I did. After I finished confirmation, they did not respond for over 12 hours. So I decided to file a dispute with paypal, after I disputed they finally decided to contact me. They told me to come to a world (in game) and trade them. As soon as my virtual goods were shown they said I need to close the dispute and they will give me what I order. So thinking they had come this far, they would follow through, I closed my dispute. Then they logged off and did not respond, and everytime I contact them they stop responding on their live chat when they know it's me. They are truley fraudulent and I don't know how to get my money back, but I am contacting paypal. These guys should get shut down and imprisioned for taking real money and leaving the buyer with nothing but an empty wallet.

- well i have good news... go to paypal go to bottom and click on contact us then call them i got dispute closed to open clam...lol pay pal worked with me the next day...call them they will get your money back,...

- Wtf man.. I told paypal and they said because I closed my dispute they can't reopen it.. They want me to work it out with them myself, but they won't even respond to me. They obviously intended on scamming me before I even talked to them.

- look i did the same thing but wen i called them they told me they got the same problum with more groups and they had a talk about it this morning so call them agen tell them u want a clam not a dispute...tell them u had the dispute and they scamed u and u want them to take a look it to it and they will...

- You can't get a refund- well not from paypal because their not liable for virtual currency
