This company listed an opportunity to earn income by requiring a deposit for a startup kit that was incomplete with very little instruction. The misrepresentaion consisted of no other fees required, but mailing lists had to be purchased as well as envelopes and stamps. This is the typical chain letter type buisness that is violation of US Postal regulations. The website offers a refund but only after enforcing the continuation of this scam.
