the first charge was 93.95 on Oct 13.2013 and the second charge was $98.80 on
Nov. 2 2013 according to my statement. I called as soon as I received my statement on Nov.2 and Again today _I spoke to Susan and then to James who refused to credit my account for 98.90the second charge They had Credited my account with 93.00 that same day with 93.00 but said that $98.90 charge they posted was NOT a mistake?
