Received deceptive fax form suggesting to fill in missing information and verify information for local phonebook listings. They use assuming trademarked image of fingers flipping thru pages and large print of "This is not a bill" and "no additional charges to include website address and email address". Assumed it was from Yellow pages company but not--BEWARE OF THIS SCAM
Didn't notice invoices until 4-5 months after original fax.
