This company definitely has a problem with misleading the consumer big time. I too went for the trial supply of ten pills only paying shipping of 4.95. Received that and found I was unable to take them because having problems of swallowing . Next thing I know I receive a 30 day supply for $105.95 !! With only a packing sheet with no info whatsoever who to contact if a problem an requesting a refund . My card was already charged this amount! . We had sent back both trial and 30 day supply indicating why we were returning. Found out later once I called to get status that you had to call and get a RA tracking number first ?? This wasn't included in the packing slip!!! Called customer service an they could not do anything since no RA number. Now I have no pills and out the $105.95 !!! How can this company get away with this??
